UPPCL RECRUITMENT ALERT 2018:
☛ Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, UPPCL has invited applications from candidates to fill up 299 posts of Assistant Engineer. Candidates who want to apply for the position can apply till the last date i.e., November 30, 2018. Candidates have to apply online for the positions by visiting the official site of UPPCL at uppcl.org.
UPPCL ASSITANT ENGINEER IMPORTANT DATES:
• Opening Date of Application: November 06, 2018.
• Closing Date of Application: November 30, 2018.
• Tentative Date of Examination (CBT): Second fortnight of December 2018.
UPPCL ASSITANT ENGINEER VACANCY DETAILS:
• Assistant Engineer (Trainee).
• Electrical: 180 Posts.
• Computer Science: 40 Posts.
• Electronics and Tele-communication: 61 Posts.
• Civil Engineering: 18 Posts.
UPPCL ASSITANT ENGINEER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Electrical Engineering Category: Candiadates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a mixed discipline degree combined with Electrical Engineering.
• Electronica and Tele-communication Engineering Category: A degree in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering.
• Computer Science Engineering Category: Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Techology or a mixed discipline degree combined with either Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology.
• Civil Cadre: Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering from a university or Institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other institution recognised by the State Government, or a degree or Diploma recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Government.
☛ Candidates should be of age group 21 to 40 years of age.
UPPSCL ASSITANT ENGINEER PAY SCALE:
☛ Candidates will be alloted under 7th Pay commission i.e., Rs 56100 (minimum level in revised pay matrix). Dearness and other allowances admissible as per rules of UPPCL.
☛ Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test and Personal Interview. Candidates who fall under general category will have to pay Rs 1000/- as application fee. SC/ST candidates will have to pay Rs 700/-. For candidates of states or union territory other than uttar pradesh, Rs 1000/- is to be paid.
