SCHOOLS TO OPEN ON VIJAYADASAMI DAY:
☛ The Tamil Nadu State Government Department of School Education has ordered that all the schools must reopen today, Vijayadasami festival day - Friday, 19th October.
☛ The department has especially ordered the headmasters/principals of all government or government-aided schools that the schools must be open today.
☛ The Department of School Education has further emphasized that with the schools being open, new admissions must be given as many children would start their education on the traditionally auspicious day of Vijayadasami today.
