RALIWAY JOBS 2018:
☛ South Western Railway (SWR) has invited applications to fill up Apprentice posts. The last date to apply for the position is till January 16, 2019. Candidates can apply for the position through the official site of South Western Railway at rrchubli.in. Atotal of 963 posts of Apprentice will be filled up.
SOUTH WESTERN RALIWAY APPRENTICE POSTS VACANCY DETAILS:
• Hubballi Division: 287 Posts.
• Carriage Repair Workshop, Hubballi: 176 Posts.
• Bengaluru Division: 280 Posts.
• Mysuru Division: 177 Posts.
• Central Workshop, Mysuru: 43 Posts.
SOUTH WESTERN RALIWAY APPRENTICE POSTS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
☛ The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognised Board and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT/SCVT). Candidates who want to apply for the position should be between 15 to 24 years of age.
SOUTH WESTERN RALIWAY APPRENTICE POSTS SELECTION PROCESS:
☛ Engagement will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared for the purpose on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation with minimum 50% (aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
☛ Candidates who will apply for the position should pay Rs 100/- as application fee which is nonrefundable.
