QUARTERLY EXAMS CONCLUDE TOMORROW:
☛ The quarterly examinations conclude tomorrow (Saturday, 22nd September) in all schools in Tamil Nadu. The schools are scheduled to reopen after the quarterly (Navarathri) vacation on 3rd October.
☛ As per the Tamil Nadu State Government syllabus, the 1st term or the quarterly examinations are in progress in all the government and government-aided schools with classes from 1st Standard to +2.
☛ The quarterly examinations commenced on 10th September throughout the state in the government and government-aided schools. As of now, most of the examinations are over. As today (Friday, 21st September) is the day of the Islamic festival Muharram, it is a government holiday.
☛ Unlike previous years, higher secondary students will take up only six subjects for their quarterly exam since the state government recently issued an order merging both the language paper as a single paper.
☛ As far as class X students are concerned, there is not much change in the schedule compare to previous year.
☛ The quarterly examinations are scheduled to complete tomorrow for all classes up to +2. The quarterly vacation has been announced to start on 23rd September.
☛ The school education department officials informed that the 2nd term classes will commence with the reopening scheduled on 3rd October.
