NEET COACHING CLASS DURING QUATERLY VACATION:
NATIONAL CUM ENTRANCE TEST(NEET):
☛ The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG will be conducted by the NTA from 2019 onwards. This Test was being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) till 2018. NEET (UG) is applicable for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in India in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.
☛ An order has been issued to conduct NEET (National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test mandatory to pass for joining medical courses MBBS and BDS) coaching classes to be organised during the quarterly vacation in all the government and government-aided schools.

As a special fee is to be paid for this, the students from the government or government-aided schools cannot afford to joint these coaching classes conducted by private centres. So, especially for these students, free coaching to prepare for NEET is offered on behalf of the Tamil Nadu state Government in 412 centres throughout the state.
☛ Presently, all schools are set to close for the quarterly vacation after the 1st term examinations. So, the government has ordered to organise free NEET coaching classes during these 10 days of quarterly vacation.
☛ It has been emphasized that over 50000 students from the 6000 government and government-aided schools in the state of Tamil Nadu must attend and participate in the special free NEET coaching classes during this quarterly vacation.
