Maharastra SSC and HSC Board Results 2018




Maharashtra State Board Of Secondary And Higher Secondary Education Or MSBSHSE includes SSC (Secondary School Certificate) And HSC (Higher Secondary Schools).

Maharashtra Board 2018: Class 10 SSC Pune:

Over 17.5 lakh students will appear for 2018 SSC Board Exam across nine divisions and 4,657 centres in Maharashtra which will end on March 24, said authorities from the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). Of these, a total of 3,82,544 students are appearing from the Mumbai division and 2,86,115 from the Pune division – the two largest divisions in the State.

Examination starts from March 1st till March 24th 2018. The results will be announced in June 2018. Check the result in the offical Maharashtra Board website: http://mahresult.nic.in/

Reverification / Reevaluation:

For verification, the students need to submit self-attested copies of their mark sheets within ten days of the declaration of the results i.e. from 14th June to 23rd June 2018 along with fees for the same. To obtain a photocopy of their answer sheets, students have to apply between 14th of June to 3rd of July 2018.

The students who wish to apply for Class Improvement Scheme (CIS) in order to improve their scores will get two opportunities to do so in the July-August 2018 supplementary exams and in the March 2018 Board exams. Forms will be available online from June 19 for those students who have not qualified the March 2018 examination or wish to take the Class Improvement Scheme (CIS) in the July-August supplementary exam.

Special note:The Maharashtra government has recently revised the rules for awarding additional marks to SSC (Class 10) students excelling in arts and culture. The students can now earn up to 15 marks extra instead of 25 given earlier. The state government has also done away with the two per cent reservation that the students, who got the extra marks could avail in the first year junior college admissions.


Maharashtra Board 2018: Class 12 HSC

Mumbai:
More than 14 lakh students across Maharashtra will appear for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations this year. Of this, 3.3 lakh students will appear from the Mumbai division, which has in 583 centres.

The board exam for class 12th HSC students has started from February 21, 2018 and will conclude on March 20. According to the schedule published by Maharashtra Board, the HSC examinations will be held in two sessions, from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

The results will be declared in the last week of May 2018. Check the result in the offical Maharashtra Board website: http://mahresult.nic.in/ Reverification / Reevaluation: The supplementary result will be released by the board in the month of July 2018.
