The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) primary function includes preparing academic programmes and organising examinations, especially for Class 10 and Class 12 students.The CBSE has 20,299 schools in India and 220 schools in 25 other countries affiliated to it.

☛The CBSE is all set to implement two sets of question papers for Class 10 students - one easy and one standard - for analysing the ability of class 10 students. The students who do not wish to opt maths in higher studies can go for the easier test and if a student who has opted to take the easier test later decides to take the standard one, they will be allowed to do so in July.

☛CBSE is also planning to introduce Artificial Intelligence programs for courses 8, 9, and 10 as skill subject and it will be introduced as a elective course .This decision was taken in a recent meeting of the board's governing body.
