A New scheme: Education to Soldiers
According to the London Times,A New scheme of Education for the Army has been established under Colonel Lord Gorell.The main aim of this scheme is to help them to realize themselves and all their capacities and powers, and to show them their relation to the community as a whole and the part they should play in it.The great majority of these young soldiers joined the service at about the age of 14 therefore the object of the scheme is mainly the education of the young soldier.
