Delhi govt plans to expand the reach of anganwadis and play schools
As per a release, The Delhi government has three centers which it plans to expand to faraway areas to make their reach accessible to children thereby to building new anganwadis hub-centers and affiliated areas that caters to the essential nutritional requirements of children. The pre-primary classes cater to 28,000 children.There are over 1,000 anganwadis centers in the city and plans are afoot to streamline it as early as possible.Their aim is to multiply anganwadis hub-centers to nearly 100 in number with diversified approach to education.
