The AHSEC was established on June 1, 1984, to regulate, supervise and develop the system of Higher Secondary Education in the state of Assam.
This year, around 2.42 lakh candidates appeared for the AHSEC HSC exam in the state. According to the officials, the number of candidates appeared in the AHSEC board exams in 2018 were 3 lakh and 2.5 lakh in 2017.
The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will declare the Assam 12th Result 2019 soon. After the Assam Board class 12 Result 2019 will be announced, all the candidates can check their scores on the official website of the board, the link for which is ahsec.nic.in . As per reports, the board will release the AHSEC exam results at 9 am.
Students who appeared for Class 12 exams can also have the mark sheets from their respective schools on the same day.

2) On the homepage,Click on the'Assam 12th results 2019' link
3) Fill in the required details
4) Click on the submit button
5) Your results will appear on screen, download it and take a print out for future reference.
In 2018, Hailakandi of Assam scored 91.43 per cent to become the most successful district in the Science Stream. Udalguri did worst with a pass percentage of 72.97. The over pass percentage of the science students stood at 85.74.
