CSIR UGC-NET 2018: NATIONAL ELIGIBLITY TEST TO BE HELD TOMORROW, CHECK DETAILS:
CSIR UGC-NET 2018:
☛ The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) will conduct the National Eligibility Test (NET) for the junior research fellowship and appointment of Lectureship, in science and technology disciplines.
☛ The exam is scheduled to be held tomorrow, i.e. December 16, 2018. CSIR will conduct the exam at 27 centres across the nation.
CSIR UGC-NET: TWO SESSIONS OF THE EXAM:
The test will be conducted for the following subjects:
• Chemical Sciences.
• Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
• Life Sciences.
• Mathematical Sciences.
• Physical Sciences.
The exam will be held in two sessions:
• First session (morning): Life science and Physical Science
• Second session (afternoon): Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
NEGATIVE MARKING:
☛ There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the paper and the final result will be released in March/ April 2019.

ABOUT CSIR UGC NET:
☛ CSIR UGC NET is conducted for determination of eligibility of candidates for Lectureship positions in Indian University/Colleges and for selection of candidates for JRF award by CSIR. CSIR UGC NET is conducted twice a year, in June and in December.
